What we see, and what we never see.

We read order data from your own seller account, and nothing about your buyers. It is used for one thing: your alerts.

  • Quantity, SKU, ASIN and product title
  • FBA or FBM
  • A keyed hash of the order number, to recognise the same order twice

Never Anything about your buyers

FAQ

Questions sellers ask first.

Does it work with FBA and FBM?

Yes, both. FBA orders are the ones the official Seller app never tells you about; we cover those and your merchant-fulfilled orders alike. Each alert shows which one it is.

Does it work on all marketplaces?

Yes. At launch: every Amazon marketplace in Europe (including the UK) and North America. Japan, Australia and the other Far East marketplaces follow.

How fast is the alert?

Usually two to three minutes after the order is placed, often faster. We check your orders every minute, Amazon's own push adds the confirmation and the final amount, and a nightly check makes sure nothing slipped through. Every alert shows how long it took, so you never have to wonder.

Is my Amazon account safe?

You never give us your password. You log in on Amazon's own page and grant one read-only permission, Inventory and Order Tracking. We cannot change listings, prices, stock or orders, and we cannot see buyer details. Your authorisation token is stored encrypted on servers in the EU. Revoke it any time in the app or in Seller Central under Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings (or on our website if you subscribed there). You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; after that the alerts stop until you subscribe again. Deleting your account takes one tap in the app and removes everything within 30 days.

Is this made by Amazon?

No. Agent ChaChing is an independent app by 52commerce, a Dutch Amazon seller. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. We connect through Amazon's official Selling Partner API as a registered developer.
